The University students’ conference “Students encountering science” was held in Banja Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina November, 27-29 2025 and gathered many students from the region and beyond who work in different areas of life sciences.  We had the pleasure of being presented by  Dragana Aleksandrović, who gave a presentation on our project idea and results with topic “Human Amniotic Membrane – Derived Biomaterials for Soft Tissue Engineering: Development of 3D-Bioprintable Scaffolds”

Dragana presented the main results of our research, from biomaterial preparation and 3d bioprinting optimization to to its characterization and effect on cells.
